A: Exercise is probably the most important thing you can do for your brain.

A: The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat by Oliver Sacks.
Q: What is exciting in your work right now?
A: I’m really excited about a lot of our research including the benefits of stress to counteract the negative impact of stress on memory, a prophylactic treatment for PTSD, and novel studies on the effect of drugs of abuse on causing addiction problems, including marijuana and opiates.
