Neuroscience Graduate Student Travel Information

Neuroscience graduate students can receive up to $500 per year for travel assistance to a conference. It is expected that the PI will cover most of the cost and the Neuroscience Center will reimburse the PI and NOT the Graduate student directly.

Graduate students should not pay for meals for other graduate students or undergraduates. Graduate Students will not be reimbursed for unapproved group meals.

Graduate students will be responsible for the following personal expenses: gifts, valet/room service charges, costs incurred by their failure to cancel transportation or hotel reservations, parking/traffic citations, and reimbursement or payment for frequent flyer benefits and reduced or free flight coupons issued by the airlines.
